Michael F. Grossman has been a litigator and trial lawyer for 38 years, with a concentration in criminal cases, matrimonial and family law matters, as well as commercial and business disputes. He has appeared and conducted hundreds of trials and hearings before federal, state, local and administrative tribunals.  His list of clients over the years include people in the entertainment, sports, publishing, business, medical and legal fields, including having represented dozens of attorneys.  Mr. Grossman has also appeared on television and radio, in reference to cases he was handling, as well as for his commentary and analysis of pending legal issues and cases in the news. 

          Michael is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.  He also practices in Federal Courts in the Second Circuit and is admitted to argue before The Supreme Court of the United States.  

          Brett is known for his aggressive style and attention to detail that has helped him secure verdicts throughout New York State, including a recent verdict for $1,859,300.00 in New York County.

          Brett is admitted in New York and New Jersey.  He also practices in Federal Courts in the Second Circuit.
