Michael F. Grossman has been a litigator and trial lawyer for forty-seven (47) years, specializing in matrimonial and family law matters, criminal cases, as well as commercial and business disputes. He has appeared and conducted hundreds of trials and hearings before federal, state, local and administrative tribunals.
Brett M. Grossman has been a litigator and trial lawyer for twenty (20) years. Brett specializes in medical malpractice, personal injury, business litigation, and wills.
Brett is known for his aggressive style and attention to detail that has helped him secure more than $52,000,000.00 in combined verdicts and settlements.
While in law school, Brett trained under a prestigious medical malpractice trial attorney. After graduating with honors from Brooklyn Law School, Brett joined a successful personal injury attorney to form Schwartz Grossman, LLP. From 2003 to 2007, while a partner at Schwartz Grossman, Brett settled and tried dozens of cases. In 2007, Brett joined his father, Michael F. Grossman, to form Grossman & Grossman, P.C. Since that time, Brett has handled hundreds of personal injury and medical malpractice cases and has successfully tried cases in all five (5) boroughs of New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey.
Brett is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He also practices in the Federal Courts in the Second Circuit. He is a member of New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, and has lectured on Medical Malpractice at conferences in New York and New Jersey.
Michael is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. He also practices in Federal Courts in the Second Circuit and is admitted to argue before The Supreme Court of the United States.
